Construction Information Systems, Inc. (CIS) was founded in 1988, by Theresa Corso and Paul Unter; to provide and successfully implement industry- leading software solutions that would benefit contractors, property managers and developers throughout New York State.

In 1985, Paul Unter, an accountant,  began implementing and training construction software systems.  His knowledge of accounting and construction combined with his expertise in computers and networking quickly gained him an excellent reputation within the construction industry.  Through hard work, dedication and with integrity, he has committed to delivering excellence. He continues to provide and successfully implement systems in construction companies of all types and sizes.  Paul's vast cumulative experience and knowledge make him a leader in the Construction Technology Industry and an invaluable asset to CIS and their customers. 

Theresa Corso worked as an assistant controller for two construction companies in New York; at a time, when computers and accounting software were new technology.  She purchased and successfully implemented accounting systems in both firms, opening the door for continued consulting for other construction firms going through the automation process.

Greg Papke - Greg is a Graduate of the University of Buffalo.  He is  experienced  in the construction industry at all levels. Prior to coming on board at CIS, he worked in various construction positions.  Greg is a certified consultant for Timberline Software as well as other various project management and scheduling solutions.   He has been working with Timberline Software for the last  ten years and with CIS for the past  six  years.  He holds certification from the Construction Specification Institute as a CDT adn CCCA. 

Thomas Weiss -  Thomas has a 40 year history in the construction business. He began in 1964, as an apprentice tradesman and progressed through the industry to owning his own firm.   He has extensive knowledge and use of Timberline Estimating Software.   Thomas is a Timberline Certified Estimating  Consultant and Tug advisor. His clients benefit from  "real world" experience gained from his lifetime devoted to the construction industry.

Colin Murphy - Colin has been working in the fields of civil engineering and construction since 1985.  For twenty three years he owned
and operated a building and remodeling company, specializing in residential/commercial properties.  Colin has worked at engineering firms in land survey and particularly with Sage Timberline estimating, where he spent many years in the design build  industry.

Dan Cortelyou -  Dan successfully handles the networking and hardware needs for CIS customers.  He is a graduate of Jefferson
Community College. Prior to CIS,  Dan  managed  the Technical Department of  a computer company and was a system integrator for  seven years.  

John Harris - John has worked in the construction industry for twenty five years.  He worked with the local CAT dealer for fifteen years and for a large contractor for the past ten years. John has extensive knowledge of the construction industry and  technology.  He
has worked with Sage Timberline Software for many years.  He will use his knowledge to help small to mid size contractors
computerize using Sage Master Builder. 

Theresa Unter -  Theresa is the friendly voice you hear when you call CIS.  She has been with CIS in some capacity, since 1988.   She is currently completing her Bachelors Degree at SUNY Albany in the evening.
